I wish I could just tell you that there was a perfect store with ready made clothing, but unfortunately, it appears you will have to pick through each piece of clothing to find the perfect specifications. The one the comes the closest to what you are looking for is Tall Etc as they have a few items in your size. Unfortunately, I would shy away from dresses for the most part, as they will be disporportant to your figure as your upper and lower half are different sizes (a common problem). My advice is to invest in some really quality skirts that you can wear for many seasons and add a few new pieces every year when you find one that fits you perfectly. Buy a few custom made blouses to your specifications and then you can layer beautiful jackets and sweaters over the top. That way you can mix and match your sizes and get a much better fit.

For Dress pants, Lands' End Women's Tall Apparel carries beautiful dress pants such as suit pants up to size 20 tall with hemming up to a 36" inseam. They also carry tall suit jackets up to size 20 and nice plus size jackets.

As far as what to wear on top, as tall women we are in luck this year. Many of the jackets and tops have 3/4 sleeves or purposely too short of arms. We can buy these types of jackets and feel real in style. You may want to swoop some of these up for future years when they are unavailable.
